International orders can be processed online and paid with PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

Verification

All online international orders are verified through the WJD Exclusives payment system to accommodate our International cardholders. Please note that your order may be subject to additional verification of address. If more information is needed, you will be contacted by a customer service representative shortly. You will receive a second email as soon as your order has been verified and processed. To expedite the processing of your order, please be available at the phone number or email address you provided so that we are able to contact you. If our verification department is unable to reach you, your order may be delayed. If your order is not approved you will be notified of your cancelled order status via email.

Wire Transfer Payment

In addition to credit card payments, WJD Exclusives also may accept international orders via wire transfer per request and case by case. If wire transfer method is approved, wire transfer orders must be submitted via email and processed manually. When sending WJD Exclusives an international wire transfer payment, please make sure to pay all fees associated with your wire transfer (contact your bank for fee details). WJD Exclusives will email you a list of wire transfer instructions after an invoice is generated in our system, and an order total is confirmed.

Duty and Shipping

Most International orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details. All APO/FPO addressed packages will ship via USPS. The average International order takes up to 1 week for delivery.

I was charged duties and taxes by customs for something purchased online. Why wasn’t that included as part of the overall shipping costs?

  • Duties and taxes are most typically not included in the price of the goods you purchase online.
  • When purchasing goods online, some or all of these goods may not originate in the country you reside in.
  • When goods are not shipped domestically (within your country) or within a single customs union, such as the European Union, you are liable to pay any inbound duties and taxes which your local customs authority deems appropriate.
  • To ensure the courier can deliver your goods in shortest possible transit time, when we enter your country, pays the customs authority immediately on your behalf for any duties and taxes that are due on the goods.
  • Courier only releases the goods to you upon the full repayment of any duties and taxes that were paid on your behalf.

Why do I need to pay customs duty?

Although you ordered and purchased the goods online, the goods are still subject to an import procedure to clear the shipment through customs. Clearance depends on:

  • The country of origin
  • The value including transport charges
  • The quantity of goods

Each country has its own customs laws and the duties for different types of goods and values are set locally. International courier (the transportation company), must adhere to local customs legislation and so courier pays duties on the receiver’s behalf to clear shipments on arrival.

When making my purchase it stated the price includes shipping costs. Why was I asked by courier to pay additional charges to have my package delivered?

You will not be paying to currier any further shipping costs. Rather, you will be asked instead to pay customs duties, taxes and other import charges related to customs clearance in your home country, as per local regulations.

What additional charges can I expect following customs clearance?

Depending on value and the type of goods imported you may expect the following:

  • Customs import duties (percentage of shipment value and transport charges)
  • Local tax
  • Any regulatory charges, if applicable

What If I Refuse Delivery?

Refused packages are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as duties and taxes.

Shipping Problems

If an International order is received damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by WJD Exclusives. If the item is received damaged, please contact WJD Exclusives within five business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box as our insurance company may want to inspect it. If the item is not received at all we are required to wait 45 days after the shipment date to conduct an insurance claim.
