Every piece of fine jewelry purchased from WJD Exclusives is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
If you experience an issue with your item due to workmanship or material defects, we will repair or replace it at no cost. This applies to all fine jewelry we sell — not just wedding or engagement rings.
What’s Covered

Structural or manufacturing defects

Issues with craftsmanship

Side or accent stones that become loose or fall out due to a defect (within the first year)
We treat each situation individually and fairly. If the issue is due to the way the item was made, we’ll make it right.
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:

Loss, theft, or abuse

Regular wear and tear
-
Items exposed to chemicals (cleaning agents, pools, hot tubs, makeup, etc.)

Discoloration from exposure to substances

Prongs or settings that wear down over time due to normal use

Bent, caught, or worn prongs that cause stone loss

Chips, breaks, or missing stones due to accidental damage or neglect

Any repair or alteration performed by someone other than WJD Exclusives or our approved partners

Items made of non-resizable or non-repairable materials (e.g., stainless steel, cobalt, titanium)
Damage or loss resulting from failure to maintain the integrity of the item (e.g., ignoring worn prongs) is also not covered.

Jewelry naturally shows signs of wear over time. Clasps loosen, chains break, prongs thin out — and we’re here to help with that too.
