Overall I am pleased with the customer service as well as the 26in Cuban link I purchased. The chain looks amazing and overall I am satisfied with my purchase. My only down falls is the stacking of the links during normal wear. The chain tends to kink and it is challenging to undo.

Overall nice chain, HOWEVER, this chain is not balanced. It does at least 2 full spins when it dangles. Also, the links tend to stack on each other and it’s a little annoying. It’s not nice chain, but the quality is not there. This is my second purchase from this vendor and it might be the last. Really nice chain though

Ok let me start by saying that I ordered this chain during the pandemic and everything was shut down. These people literally sent a driver (i live in Brooklyn ) to bring me the chain because I needed it for a gift and shipping was backed up. The guy who arranged it was super nice so was the driver. Great company highly recommended. Chain looks great!
